Hi! I’m Michelle Cunningham and I’ve been a Youtuber for the past six years. And I have two little Youtube channels of mine with a total of just about 54,000 followers, which has brought me over $1.5 million in extra revenue. Wait WHAT?? That doesn’t make sense.

HOW??  

Well, several ways.

And I’ll explain more in a second.

In general, the biggest way it made me money was that it brought me followers, expanded my impact, put me in the homes of my target audience and I ended up with fans.  

But how do you make money from just a few fans? I don’t get it.

Interestingly, I don’t have a million fans. Just 54,000 fans, but I have a secret.

You see, when you have fans and those fans began to see you over and over and over and you provide free training that dramatically impacts their business or life, they begin to really LIKE YOU.  

And, once they know, like and trust you, they keep coming back for more.

KNOW, LIKE, TRUST. It’s a huge part of this. And I'm going to show you how to do it. 

So, here’s my actual full story to help break it down for you.  
  • Where It All Began: Six years ago, I made my first video and I started a Youtube Channel.
  • My Niche: I built my channel as a channel to help network marketers and direct sellers and home party reps to have more success using my simple introverted strategies. I posted one video a week. That was always my goal.

  • The AHA Moment: And I’ll never forget, one evening while I was sleeping, one of the girls that was on my network marketing team watched one of my videos and she learned a ton of great information. 

She messaged me at 3 AM to tell me how great my training was and how this was totally going to change her business! And at that moment, I realized the power of video. 

While I had stopped talking, and I was sleeping, I was impacting a life, training someone else and making her more money. And it was in that moment, that I decided, I would make tons more videos.

Think about it. You stop talking. Videos talk forever for you. Your life becomes so much easier. So, the second someone asked me something twice, I recorded a video and never had to answer that question again. Talk about a massive time saver as a busy Mom.
  • Maybe I'll Monetize & Get Rich: A few years in, I monetized my channel. I made about $100 a month. Not a ton of money, but I was excited when it first started coming in. That was just a little money. No riches there.

  • Wait, I Didn't Expect This: From those cute little videos, over time, people would message me and ask to join my network marketing team. They came to like my style and what I was all about. I never anticipated this would happen, but it was awesome!

Over time, that grew and grew. I had over 700 people in my downline as a direct result of my videos. That made me a lot of money. Like six figures over and over. So network marketing for me, was much easier than the average person, because people would ask to join my team. That was a little more money, but not the BIGGEST MONEY.
  • How To Make Seven-Figures Online: But, here’s where it got really exciting. While I was building my network marketing business, I was also working on creating online courses to help network marketers & direct sellers have more success. I was "branding myself" and "showing up as an expert online". It attracted tons of people to me, which is called Attraction Marketing.  

So, initially, I started selling a CD system that taught my lead generating & party secrets. Then, I launched an online membership course.. Then I launched another course and another course and on and on. Guess what?

Because I had offered tons of free value with my Youtube channel for years and years, I had fans who loved my free trainings. My FREE TRAINING brought them SO MUCH success.  
  • So, when I offered a PAID course, they were ALL IN. So, my fans, bought my courses. And that impacted their life for the better. They made more money and in turn, I made a RIDICULOUS amount of money. 
  • So, Because Of That, I Decided To Leave My Steady-Six Figure Income As A Network Marketer Because Training Others Online Became Infinitely BIGGER: So, I now empower people all over the globe to create more impact with video and have more influence. So, needless to say, VIDEO is an incredible way to change lives, help more people, expand your reach and create an incredible passive income stream. 
So, it’s ALL VERY exciting where the world of VIDEO can take your life. I didn't anticipate this would be my path when I started making videos six years ago.  

I could have never guessed this would be where I would end up, but here's the deal:

I wouldn't be here if I hadn't just pressed "RECORD".  

That simple action changed my life forever.

So, here’s the great news. We all start somewhere. You HAVE to start somewhere.  

I’ll say it again: You HAVE to start somewhere.

Making GOOD videos is at the heart of this entire process.  

Without the GOOD videos, my life story, my career, my lifestyle...all of it...plays out very differently.  

I may still be sitting in the same place in my network marketing business, with some growth, albeit, much SLOWER growth.  My team grew exponentially because of my videos. So, I am so THANKFUL for video and the simplicity it brought to my journey.  

Videos acted as my second voice when I was tired.  Video recruited on auto-pilot for me.  Video sold on auto-pilot for me.  Video allowed me more freedom to LIVE, TRAVEL and be with my FAMILY.  Video changed my life.

And again, making GOOD videos is at the heart of this entire process.  

If you don’t have good content, lighting, audio or picture, you LOSE VIEWERSHIP and CREDIBILITY.

So, before you can start down this road of passive income from a Youtube Channel, you just need to start with GREAT videos that people love. 

And that happens to be something I know how to do very well. I’ve been doing it for six years. I took tons of courses & trainings to learn what I've learned over the years.

And, what’s great about how I create my videos is that I use the MOST BASIC editing software out there.  It's FREE.  And BASIC.  And yet, it produces amazing results.  So, I'm not a BIG SHOT professional sharing high-level tips.  These are "BEGINNER TIPS" that I still use today to create and edit amazing videos that are captivating. 

I’m a simple girl. I need a simple plan. Mine are easy to replicate & create. I shoot and edit and upload ALL my own videos. I don't have help with any of it.  AND I TEACH YOU HOW TO DO IT ALL.
